Much of the work I make is concerned with storytelling, through collections of objects and drawings.
In two seperate research projects undertaken over the past decade, I have sought to explore the potential relationship between imagery and object in book form.
The first project, 'A Miscellany of Automata' culminated in a small editioned catalogue which documented a series of automata made in response to a local landmark.
Whilst studying Sequential Design/ Illustration at Masters level led to a second, hand bound book entitled 'Harbour'.
